Today marked the OFFICIAL launch of our Enlight Vocational Institute in Matugga.
The engagement which kicked off as early as 9 am was mostly about enrolled students meeting their teachers for the 1st time, after an entire year of being out of school.
Our ED, Mr. Osiro Martha chaired today’s engagement and some of her highlights included; Staying safe against Covid-19.
“I urge all staff to get fully vaccinated and I’ll invite where she will take initiative to request Kamapala Capital City Authority to come and help vaccinate all students who haven’t yet been fully vaccinated.”

“In todays era, driving is an essential skill & I’d like to let all students know that all of you have to leave #EVI with a driving permit, irrespective of the course you take up. This is why #EVI is like no other vocational institute in UGANDA”
From now on, I want all of you to put your heads straight because this is where the journey begins from. When you are all graduating, you’ll come and say “Thank you Mama” – ED,
#EnlightVocationalInstitute was also blessed by Ms. Earth UGANDA,@lamusounds
who got to preach #ClimateChange and the importance of keeping the school GREEN & polyethylene free.
She will also be championing our #EVI tree planting campaign, alongside our 2021-2022 student intake.
